Hawaii is the premiere destination for many U.S. And world travelers. It offers a beauty that varies with
each island and time of day. If you would like to see the active volcano on the “big island”, study histo ry at Pearl Harbor, or just sit on the sandy beach with a breeze in your face and watch the sunset, it is available. And this is just the beginning. If you like the night life at Waikiki Beach or prefer the “laid back” style of Kauai,the “garden isle” it's yours for the taking. It is the beauty and variety of the Islands that keep people coming back. It is paradise in every sense of the word. I think you will agree.
The Hawaiian Islands consist of well over a hundred islands and atolls that stretch for some 1500 miles. It was discovered by Captain Cook when he sailed into Kauai's Waimea Bay. In 1778. Of course, it was really discovered much earlier by the ancestors of the native Hawaiian people that welcomed Capt. Cook. Even though there are inhabitants on many of the islands, the ones most often visited are Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai, Hawaii, and Lanai. It is primarily these that we will focus upon.

As you travel up the North Shore you will be impressed by the peaceful blue water beaches and maybe an occasional humpback whale surfacing for a breath of air. Take time to visit one of the islands top tourist attractions, the Polynesian Cultural Center, which in a very entertaining way depicts the life and customs of the various islands of the south seas. The music, dancing and settings provide a spectacular portrayal of the people. A little further up the road you come to the famous Waimea Bay, the Banzai Pipeline, and Sunset Beach where famous surfing contests take place. Take time while continuing your travels to smell the ocean and absorb the beautiful scenery
